Kannabia exhibits it’s most therapeutic varieties at Spannabis 2016

Kannabia Seed Company will display their recent CBD varieties in the 13th edition of Spannabis, one among the world’s fairs with highest impact on the cannabis industry. It’s the BCN Diesel CBD, CBD Mataro Blue, and White Domina CBD, a result of the specialized work and research by the professionals working in Kannabia’s team.

The high contents in Cannabidiol (CBD) available in these three varieties makes them perfect for therapeutic applications, since CBD is a component known for its anti-inflammatory properties. It causes sedative effects and, unlike THC, its not a psychoactive substance.  This way, Kannabia meets the concerns and demands of consumers, increasingly more interested in the well-known therapeutic effects of cannabis, as proven in many studies which arouse the interest of a wider public.

As a great novelty in this edition, Spannabis hosts the I Meeting of Cannabis Women, sponsored by Kannabia. The Conference (Saturday 12, 12:10 am to 12:50 pm) will count with Zoe Molino, Kannabia’s Manager. The conference will expose all the agreements reached and lines of work agreed upon during the first meeting, held a few days before Spannabis. It means the birth of a state level network that seeks to incorporate the voices, experiences and feminine looks and gender on the sector and also in the field of drug policy as well.

Expansion in Chilean and Canadian markets

Kannabia has already taken its first steps within two booming markets of particular interest right now in the sector. Since last December, the Institute of Public Health of Chile has the power of decisión to allow and control the use of marijuana if manufactured for pharmaceutical products. In addition, if the latest parliamentary proposals go ahead, citizens won’t need prior authorization to carry up to 10 grams of cannabis, provided they do not have additives.

Kannabia will visit Canada next May, where just a few days ago a Federal Court judge has struck down federal regulations restricting the rights of medical marijuana patients to grow their own cannabis.
