4.20 Hemp Fest is the first and official European fair born around the 4:20 code, the ultimate symbol of cannabis culture.

The event takes place in Milan: the center of the Cannabis market in Italy giving the opportunity to national and international exhibitors to meet and create new business opportunities in a constantly expanding market.

The 3rd edition of 4.20 Hemp Fest will be held at Superstudio Maxi, in Milan, from March 31st to April 2nd 2023. The choice of this new location: larger, more central and more accessible, will give space to 200 exhibitors as well as workshops, collateral events and conferences expanding the possibility of creating new synergies within the Cannabis market in Europe.

During the 3 days, the audience will become protagonists of the exhibition and have the opportunity to discover all the news in the business as well as take advantage to exchange with the experts.
Moreover it will be the occasion to spend a moment of sharing and celebration of Cannabis with a program full of music as well as performances and numerous activities that will involve the most diverse audiences.

The 4.20 Cannabis Cup will also be back during the event for its 3rd edition. It is the first official competition in Europe during a trade show dedicated to Cannabis Light.
